Agency founder and president Tom Eisenberg has been in the life and health insurance field for over 25 years. He began his insurance career in 1991 with Equitable-Axa shortly after obtaining a business degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison. He started Eisenberg Argent Insurance in 2002 after spending eight years in life insurance sales and management positions at AIG Life.
Tom is recognized in the industry for his expertise on 1035 tax free exchanges and Hybrid long term care- annuity products. In 2004 Tom was awarded the Sidney B. Hawkins Trophy for outstanding client service, one of the industries highest honors and he has also qualified five times for the distinguished Life insurance planning leaders table. Tom credits his success to a balance of work and family and his spirit of giving back to the community and those less fortunate. He is actively involved with a number of charities and non for profit organizations including, Doctors Without Borders, IRC and the Smile Train. His hobbies include studying Russian and Portuguese (he has traveled extensively in Brazil and the former Soviet Union) and performing stand up comedy.
Tom and his wife Theresa reside in Montclair NJ, with their three young sons Lucas, Emilio and Oliver.
